A nice addition to to the theme. As always a beautiful render and continuation of the concept.

The materials look great, really get a sense of the mechanics and steel. Because it's so detailed and though through i've provided a few inquiries.

Some food for thought: It appears as there's a small pulley system to spring open the 'prongs' of the arrow head. These appear to be tied to that central cord and gold 'spring', so perhaps compressing that would further the aesthetic of this thing spreading out into it's victim?

Can you throw a close up of the end of the arrow into this same shot? When looking at that end it appears as though it stems from a central rod, perhaps this pushing forward on impact actuates the 'prongs' on the tip?

Just continuing on my brainstorm here....it would be really interesting to see how these are incorporated into a quiver. Everything is very mechanical so it would be interesting if the quiver held these arrows in their 'compressed' state if you will.

It would also be very interesting to see these arrows strung onto the bow and how the bow moves. If i'm critiquing the armor as a set and not this individual image.

Anyways keep up the amazing work and beautiful project!!!

As an archery fanatic and a recreational shooter, I can tell you my first thought when I saw these was "WANT". The heads look quite deadly even without the blades extending off of them. Even so, I'm not quite seeing the sharpness of the heads' edges, they look a little thick. Also, I'm not sure if the gold rings that help make up the neck are supposed to be springy or not, but if not, they that would make for a realistically very brittle support for that kind of head. The arrow would be likely to snap on impact before its full damage could be inflicted. On the whole, though, these look like a pair of very deadly foes, and would be quiet useful in both hunting and assassination. I get a cool steampunk vibe when I look at them, and, as I said before, I could definitely shell out the money purchase a pair. Great job, overall, I can't wait to see more.

just wow
the star at the neck seems a bit redundant
I think if the real tip spear would 'explode' into a four spike star that would be better. You plunge it in and the star raises and splashes inside the body. ha? ;)
